If you can negate the effect that Pendulum activates, it's a pretty delicious Destruction Sword.
Still, only the effects that are permanently activated are negate targets, so the catching range is quite narrow. It wouldn't be a sense to use it for the purpose of containment.
However, the ATK up gives a breakthrough power to Buster Blader, whose raw ATK is not absolute.
Destruction Sword itself can be used for various costs, so if you want to use something other than Dragon Buster Blade, is this the next point?
